Lovely park about 5 mins walk away. 3 if you jog ... There are many features and a duck pond. Bring bread! The adventure playground is also good.

A whole range of productions at www.lyric.co.uk. The Lyric also has a great roof terrace for snacks, drinks, coffee and cake and for people-watching. Bit expensive but great views in summer.
