Close by attractions
The Giantess Cave is a must-visit when in Keflavik.
This is the place where the locals bring their children when they want them to stop using pacifiers. Inside the cave where the giantess sleeps there is a tree where the children hang their pacifiers as a gift to the giantess children.
Be a child once again and visit the giantess cave. It's approx 300 meters from Little White Castle.

Awesome museum, a wonderland for people who are into all things Viking. They have a buffet breakfast too and it is included in the price of one of the tickets I think.. beautiful location as with everything in Iceland and good food, Good exhibits, they have various things you can buy too and plenty of history. They let you play traditional games with instructions, you can wear the traditional garb and click pics.. well worth the visit. Approx 5 km. from Little White Castle.

Considered one of Iceland’s most picturesque lighthouses with its vibrant red and white paint job and gorgeous surrounding scenery. A beautiful site to visit with a spectacular view across the bay over to the great mountain of Snaefellsnes glacier.
