This riverfront "tree farm" has been owned by the State since the mid-1980's and provides low cost pine and hardwood seedlings to Tennesseans across the State. Public property. Simply park outside the entrance and feel free to walk and explore this area. Popular for locals and tourists alike as the mountain and farmland views are impossible to beat!
