Diagonally across Oxford Street in Elizabeth Street the Wolf Cafe is perfect for those who like their coffee strong. They have a variety of pastries baked in-house that change on a daily basis, as well as a small menu of gourmet sandwiches made fresh to serve.
There is casual street seating out the front where the regulars like to congregate as well as a few tables inside for that private meeting.

Definitely our favourite. Don't be deceived by the dated decor of this old-style cafe as the food is superb. They might still have fish nets hanging from the ceiling but thankfully they have done away with the plastic lobsters. We recommend that you share a bowl of seafood soup as an entree followed by the grilled whole snapper which we rate as Sydney's best. The Lobster Penne in a cream sauce is another outstanding favourite. Its just a short stroll along Queen Street which is famous for its art galleries, fashion and art galleries.

If your looking for a late night snack this restaurant is literally right next door. It offers a wide selection of thin-crust pizzas, pasta dishes and delectable salads. It also has a good selection of Italian and local beers if you just want to pull up a stool at the bar. Highly recommended.

This is the current go-to Fish Restaurant in Sydney and has netted a school of rave reviews since it opened its doors in 2017. It also prides itself on only serving sustainable species so you can tuck in without giving thought to devastating the oceans.

Paddington's Bars and Pubs are are hive of night-time entertainment. From the sports bar atmosphere at the 'Light Brigade' to the popular 'Paddo Inn' or the split personalities of 'the Paddington' which describes itself as Part-Pub, Part- Restaurant, Part-Coctail Bar there is definately something for everyone.
The Paddo Inn is a favourite late-night watering hole just a 200 metre stroll down the road. Great food, wine and beer on offer in a convivial atmosphere.

If you looking for a bragging experience you can jump onboard a Beneteau for a truely relaxing day on the harbour. Eastsail provides you with a fully qualified Skipper and you form part of the crew. Absolutely no sailing experience is necessary as you will be patiently told which rope to pull on as you sail up the Harbour to the Heads. And, if you are travelling on your own don't worry as you will be embraced by a crew of like-minded novice sailors. EastSail is located at Rushcutter's Bay a leisurely 15-20 walk down the Paddington Hill.
