Ueno Onshi Park is the first park designated as a park in Japan, which opened in 1873. The park also includes Kanei-ji Temple, as well as museums, zoos and art museums. Known as a cherry blossom spot since the Edo period, there are about 1,200 trees and the night cherry blossoms are also beautiful. In summer, Edo hobbies and events are held around Shinobazu Pond.
上野恩賜公園は、1873年に開園した日本で初めて公園に指定された公園です。公園には寛永寺をはじめ、博物館や動物園、美術館も建っています。江戸時代から桜の名所として知られ、約1,200本の木があり、夜桜も綺麗です。夏には、不忍池周辺で江戸趣味納涼大会が開催されています。
