住房守則 House Rules
1. 请不要丢失/弄壞房裡原有的東西，如果您不慎丢失/損壞，我们将通过 Airbnb 的解决中心向您收取因时间 /成本 /不便所造成的置換費用。
2. 禁止在屋裡吸烟 / 吸毒，如果您在房內抽煙/吸毒，我們将通过 Airbnb 的解决中心向您收取【新台币2000元】的房間維護費用；如果吸毒的話，我們會報警處理，不要以身試法。鄰居若感覺您的行為有異，也會協助報警檢舉，不會縱容吸毒。
3. 禁止舉辦聚会，禁止大声喧哗。如果噪音嚴重影響鄰居的生活，並被鄰居提出嚴重抱怨與舉證，我们會向您收取【新台币1000元】作為對鄰居的補償费用；我们甚至可能取消您的住房预约。
4. 禁止亂丟垃圾。台灣實施垃圾不落地（不能隨便把垃圾拿到屋外亂扔，需倒垃圾時可聯繫我們幫忙清除）若把垃圾（包含烟蒂）放到鄰居門口、公共空間，導致鄰居被罰款，我們將向您收取 【新台幣3000 元】以補償鄰居。
5.不要詐欺。互相尊重（除非事先與房東溝通，取得同意）如果您故意少寫入住人數，並拒絕支付正確金額，您將必须取消訂單。

1. Don't Lose/Break Things Belongs To the House, there will cause a replacement fee if you lose or break things belongs to the house, we will charge via Airbnb's Resolution Center for the time/cost/inconvenience to replace.
2. No Smoking/Drugs, Minimum【2000 NTD】fine + plus any additional cost for restoration and cleaning. Even more, if it’s a drugs issue, we may need to call the police to handle.
3. No Parties, No Loud Noise in the house. Please be considerate of our neighbors, if we got serious argue from them, we will charge【1000 NTD】for compensation. And we may even need to cancel the appointment (we expect this will never happen)
4. No Littering: DO NOT litter the garbage or cigarette butt out side the building. We will charge【3000 NTD】if we got any notification from neighbors.
5. No Cheating. Respect each other. If you use platform to book with incorrect headcount (unless you communicate with the host, get her/his approval) and refuse to pay the correct amount, you must cancel the reservation.
