A beautiful walk from the apartment across the bridge along the South Bank to Botanical garden is very relaxing and beautiful anytime of the year. There is a cafe by the lake with the best greenery settings ( famous for wedding photos)
to have a coffee after a long walk.
You need to be decently fit to walk from the apartment there and back. Otherwise, take a tram down the St Kilda road will save your legs either way.
