Just down the road from Westby, Viroqua is also a warm and welcoming place to visit. A wonderful artist community is there, making downtown a delightful place to browse local shops.

Riverside Park is a beautiful stretch of the Mississippi River in La Crosse. Starting on the north end of the park, stop in the Explore La Crosse offices to see what other opportunities are in the area. The La Crosse Queen docks next to Explore La Crosse, and of course the Friendship Gardens are right there as well. Free concerts galore at the Riverside Park Band Shell, plus beautiful paddlewheel riverboats stop on their way to the Cities.
