Of course, but you don't actually need to go to Alexander Platz to see it. It is visible almost everywhere from Berlin, just catch a glimpse for where ever you happen to be. It's really a super landmark.

Totally Beautiful. Touristy but it's worth going to see. You can walk along the Spree in the back of it while everyone hangs out in front.
