It can be reached by bike (30-45 min), following the cycling lane on Calea Victoriei towards the north side of the town.
On your way you will pass by various landmarks (Stirbei Palace, George Enescu National Museum, Filipescu-Cesianu House, Piata Victoriei housing the Romanian Government etc.) and admire the baroque architecture.
