Gratz Park is a neighborhood and historic district that is just a block away from the Airbnb. It was named after early Lexington businessman Benjamin Gratz whose home stands on the corner of Mill and New streets at the edge of Gratz Park. I love to wander around this square, of beautiful historic houses. It’s a very peaceful part of downtown and a great place to sit and read a book.

Food scene
This is my favorite pizza joint in town. Their pizza is a little more creative than average. Also feels a little healthier than your greasy street slices. Cool vibe and wonderful natural wine selection. Locally owned, which is always going to be top of my list.

A very short walk from the Airbnb. This has been a staple in Lexington for 10 plus years. Great atmosphere. Wonderful French restaurant. My local bar sometimes just for a glass of wine. Or to enjoy a great meal.
