This is the only airline. They have 9 seats a flight so you have to book early. They are liberal- you can bring onboard a gallon of water if you want.

Car rental
There is one national chain car rental- Alamo. I booked a trip once and the flight landed after they closed! Plan ahead and check their hours by calling. The website was not accurate during the pandemic.

Maui Economic Opportunity(MEO) “bus”
The link is hard to find on their website- Under “Home » Programs & Services » Transportation Services » Human Services -Molokai. We would be “west expanded services” Kaunakakai (town) to Maunaloa. Eg it goes from airport to Masaki’s grocery in Kaunakakai to kualakoi villas (across street from our condo’s) 1-2 times a day. It’s free but never tried it.
