Summer Spots
This is a great beach, Seattle style. Grass, not sand, provides a nice place to lie in the sun, with great wade-in front on Lake Washington. Swimming dock with diving boards and (sometimes) lifeguards. Plus close to lots of restaurants and bars. Get there on the 11 bus in 10 minutes! Parking is hard to find on sunny days.
Tends to be less crowded than Alki beach or some of the sandy beaches along the lake.
