Lower Lake is almost like a little Mexican town with its own tortillería and grocery. La Monarca is also the closest full-service grocery store and a great place to pick up picnic supplies. Don’t miss the massive selection of chiles dried and fresh and the traditional Mexican breads and pastries. We do NOT recommend their cooked foods however; their Kelseyville location is better for tacos and burritos.
