Amazing hidden gem in Lexington. Lovingly maintained private nature sanctuary. All hikes are guided, but if you have the opportunity when in town, check out their schedule! The limestone tufa formation at Elk Lick Falls is very unique. These formations can mainly only be found here in Kentucky and in France.

Historic park downtown next to Transylvania University. I love the architecture in the area. Many of the lots in the area are long and narrow, as they had ropehouses or ropewalks used to make hemp rope.
