Yoga on the beach is one of my favorite things to do on Saturday morning. Parking is free and you get to start your day with a great yoga session and stay to enjoy the beautiful beach after.

The preserve is over 3,000 acres and has 4+ miles of hiking trails that includes 2 miles of boardwalks. A kayak/Canoe/SUP launch gives access to the South paddling trail, a 4 mile loop. They also have an onside rental of kayaks, canoe and paddle-boards. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
