Fantastic, laid-back pub (favourite of both Sarah and Matt). Described as Edinburgh's only real ale gay pub, but everywhere is welcome :-) Try the Old Rosie Scrumpy! The walk there down London Road is pretty as well.

The Water of Leith walkway is a gorgeous walk that takes you through lots of Edinburgh's iconic neighbourhoods from Tudor houses in Dean Village, Georgian splendor in Stockbridge, to the cobblestone streets by the sea in the Port of Leith.
You can start the walk near the Tesco grocery in our guidebook or anywhere else. We tend to walk through here every Saturday to the Leith Farmers' Market and it's always gorgeous.
