Coffee in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels and it is outstanding. Tony owns and runs KY Knows and he is an expert in all things bourbon and coffee and always willing to talk to you. He has handmade chairs, tables, and even grills made from KY bourbon barrels. Currently only open in the evenings and all day Saturday and Sunday.
