Sightseeing
The Griffith Park Observatory offers and incredible view of LA and the exhibits inside are so interesting. Such a cool building. Parking and traffic is a nightmare, so park down the hill and be prepared walk up the hill.

Hip new area. Start at the Arts District Brewing Co and walk towards Bestia. You could walk across one of the bridges and see the iconic 'LA River' aqueduct. Only do this during the day though, gets a little spooky at night.

DTLA has some incredible architecture and fascinating history. I like to walk down Broadway and imagine back to when it was all new and bustling.
