North Beach, or SF’s own “Little Italy”, bleeds in seamlessly with Chinatown. This is another culture rich, and bar dense neighborhood. Come here for a fun night out and stay for the late night pizza!

The tourist and retail “heart” of the city. It’s worth wandering through the plaza just to see the cable cars, which can be found on Powell St. although it’s more touristy, it’s centrally located with great access to public transit, and with some wonderfully cozy bars.
