The best free boat ride on Galveston Island to Port Bolivar. A very nice, relaxing ride across Galveston Bay You can feed the birds at the back of the boat or watch the dolphins swim nearby in the bay.

Definitely one of the better beaches in the Galveston area. There's food trucks, Kona Ice, and nice bathrooms with a small snack bar! There's tons of free parking and even more paid parking.

The Grand Opera House was built before the days of electrical amplification; built so voice and instrument carry throughout the 3 tiers of seating in a very pleasing and natural way. Very helpful that there are elevators and large and spacious bathrooms.

The terminal is very clean and well staffed. It can get quite congested on tour departure and arrival days but the lines run smoothly and efficiently because it is so well organized. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

They did a great job with on boarding and debarking. Fastest ever. Luggage was there when rooms were ready. Can't wait for their new cruise terminal which is under construction.
