This lake is loaded with activities of all kinds. People come to hike, fish, swim, and even canoe. I like this quiet lake because large motor boats are not permitted, providing a quiet experience in nature.
During the summer, the water park and lake front are worth the price of admission. Family fun for all and shaved ice to top it all off! Tip: Get there by 9:30am before it opens at 10am to get a good place in line

Food scene
Hands down our favorite pizza place in the mountains. Fresh, delicious topping combinations and super friendly staff. They also have a bar downstairs and plenty of outdoor seating. Our favorites are the LouEddie's Special and Holy Cow.
