Parks & Nature
Great for trail runs, or shaded walks on hot days
5 minutes walk away....Fabulous neighbourhood wilderness Forest with well maintained walking trails throughout which are regularly used by the locals. Creek with waterfall when running particularly after rain. Picnic tables. Look out for birdlife including woodpeckers and eagles nesting in the tallest trees. Wildlife abounds (sometimes deer wander out into the local streets and backyards to eat roses etc!) although they usually hide during the day with walkers.

Large community park with sports fields, climbing wall, children's playground, dog park, etc. Marymoor Park also has a large outdoor stage which hosts live music/concert and Cirque de Soleil events during Summer. Buy tickets online. Great jogging/walking/biking trail along the river starts here, and goes through Redmond, past various sports fields to the Woodinville wineries and beyond, eventually to Lake Washington!
