This restaurant is super close to the house and it's a great place for a meal. They combine a typical restaurant, a sushi bar and a fish market into one building. We go for the sushi all the time!

A great place for sandwiches or fish tacos. Buxton Much is inexpensive and delicious. They have a bar in there too!

Think Sandbar if you're looking for a nice dinner. They will sometimes run a special on Fridays called a crab stack which is crab on top of crab with more crab. You get the idea, it's fantastic.

We LOVE diving and the action off the coast of Hatteras Island is fantastic. Conditions can be challenging, but the sharks and wrecks are fantastic. Call Dave ahead of time as they fill up fast.

This is one of two actual bars in the area. They have a fun crowd and the food is pretty good as long as you're not looking for fancy. We stop by for a couple beers all the time.

This is a fun place to go for a few drinks at night. They're only open in the evenings and they have several pool tables and a few tv's. There aren't a lot of bar options on the island, this is one!
