Food Scene

Croatian Mediterranean cooking traditions date back thousands of years; Dalmatians today eat some of the same dishes their ancestors did in ancient times. If you want to experience the original cuisine of the area, our recommendation goes to Ethno village Škopljanci in Radošić, in their own words: “Food in Škopljanci is prepared according to original recipes of our ancestors who made their knowledge and experience passed on from generation to generation”. Local “Traveling bakery” can deliver fresh bread and baking every morning, directly to your door.
