The food is good, the drinks are good, the view is fantastic. It's a popular but quiet place to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner.

Known for it's live music and parties, I think Sublime has the best burgers in town. They also have a pretty cool deck, floating dock and assortment of young travelers.

Everything Else

The market is the daily central hub of San Pedro. In the morning (early is better), it's full of Mayans from all over selling fruit, vegetables, fresh tamales, chuchitas, meat, and a smattering of household goods. In the late afternoon, it changes into a social hub with "pollo y papas" sold out of street carts and basketball games in the central plaza. This is where festivals, processions and cultural events take place. If you want to see "the real San Pedro", then the market is a must.
