obak Korean BBQ When first uncovered last November, South Korea's Hobak company were right on target when they promised a late March opening date for their 3,090-square-foot, grill right at your table, barbecue restaurant. Located in a corner spot at nondescript business center, the industrial interior has been designed with posters, props and artwork from the ’80s and ’90s and the kitchen areas are hidden behind mock awning-shaded store fronts. Hobak likes to concentrate on few menu items, serving only beef and pork and concentrating on the quality of the ingredients. Working under the motto, "sharing great things," they encourage groups to enjoy the charcoal and gas cooking experience.

STRIPSTEAK

It’s tricky to call these duck fat fries a secret item on the menu. You see you can find them on the happy hour menu at the bar and they are addicting. If you really just needed a fix you could get to the bar early and try their Down The Hatch cocktail menu and indulge in some fries. If you need a big meal there is a good chance that these savory potatoes might show up at your table anyway. These heavenly fries are served with garlic-herb oil, sriracha ketchup, and truffle aioli.

It’s tricky to call these duck fat fries a secret item on the menu. You see you can find them on the happy hour menu at the bar and they are addicting. If you really just needed a fix you could get to the bar early and try their Down The Hatch cocktail menu and indulge in some fries. If you need a big meal there is a good chance that these savory potatoes might show up at your table anyway. These heavenly fries are served with garlic-herb oil, sriracha ketchup, and truffle aioli.

It’s difficult to think that any secrets at Le Cirque would not be common knowledge because the truth is that after you eat there you will tell everyone you know. This is the epitome of fine dining in Las Vegas and your experience will be in the best of the best category. You’ll ask for the surf and turf and just tell the General Manager that you read about it here. Yes, go ahead and drop a name, it’s Vegas, remember? This over-the-top dish utilizes every thing in the kitchen.
