In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag kannst du in einer der beiden hauseigenen Saunen dich verwöhnen lassen oder du kannst die moderne Wellnessanlage der Panorama Badewelt in St. Johann in Tirol besuchen. Hallo, Ich biete euch einen gemütlichen Raum mit TV, Schreibtisch und einem kleinen aber gemütlichem Bett (90x200cm). Ein kleiner Schreibtisch und Stuhl sind ebenfalls im Zimmer. Das Badezimmer teilen wir uns während eures Aufenthalts. Es ist voll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, am Stadtrand und mit der S-Bahn super angebunden: Hauptbahnhof 24 min. Marienplatz 21 min. Ostbahnhof 15 min. Messe (Messestadt Ost) 17 min. Flughafen / Airport 49 min.

Al Gufo Nero

Appartamento appena ristrutturato, con splendida vista sulla valle. La casa è ricavata dalla ristrutturazione di un vecchio “stavolo” carnico, una stalla dove riposavano gli animali e si faceva asciugare il fieno raccolto. Il Gufo Nero è un cottage adatto ad una vacanza rilassante da passare ammirando il panorama sulle Alpi carniche e sorseggiando un buon vino friulano, davanti al caminetto da cui fu salvato un gufo caduto per sbaglio e annerito dalla fuliggine.
