Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles. Explore nearby coves from our kayaks, jump in the lake from our swimming platform, fish from our piers, or lounge by the campfire. Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina just steps away.

7 day and 1 month discounts available. Great for a family, group of fishermen or hunters. A lot of big bass caught right off back yard, see pics. Neighborhood boat landing and 6 mile boat landing a mile away. Please note that as of 3/04/25 a tornado flipped the dock rendering unavailable. Boats may still pull to the bank. We are also working to salvage the dock and re-construct. Work may be ongoing during your stay. I have reduced the nightly rate to accommodate the inconvenience for both.

It is the perfect place to set camp and enjoy nearby Toledo Bend and Sam Rayburn Lakes, as well as, the Sabine National Forest. A short 15 minute drive to nearby Hemphill will bring NASA fans "Remembering Columbia" museum. If you like to hunt and fish, but maybe not everyone in your group does, the pool (open seasonally) will keep everyone happy and engaged. Welcome y'all!

Around the corner is Kites Landing to launch your boat or Big Bass and Buckeye are just north of the house. South Toledo Bend State Park is only 20 minutes from the house.
