Welcome to ArtBnb! My husband Tim and I bought this 1920's property in October, and we have gradually been working on setting it up to be our long-time vision of an AirBnb rental/artist's residency. There will be 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 full size bed and a pull out couch, full bath and a full kitchen (eat in kitchen). The place is about 4 minutes walking distance to the beach, about 6 minute walk to the train station, 8-10 minute to playland palace. A minute to a bus stop and one block to a convenient store.
