The apartment is situated in a residential neighborhood away from the hustle bustle yet close to the town, MIDC Satara, and Mumbai-Pune-Bangalore highway, all within 5 minutes by Car or Auto. Special home made food is available on request and payment. A three wheeler auto can be arranged on most occasions. The apartment is on the first floor and has an Indian style toilet/WC.

The gardens and the 3 large Verandahs make a perfect place to enjoy a meal.
