Hiking and biking are minutes away. The house has an open feeling with beautiful stone & woodwork. A large laundry/mud room offers safe storage for bikes & other outdoor equipment. Enjoy the BBQ grill out on the patio while watching amazing sunsets & visiting rabbits & birds. We now have air conditioning.

Just finished remodeling and updating the entire place. We are close to 18 Road trails, Kokopelli, and Tabeguache. Under 10 miles from both entrances to the National Monument. Enjoy a beautiful hour drive to Powderhorn Ski Mountain and the Grand Mesa! The pet fee covers one dog!
