The perfect house for those looking for a bit of quiet and time away from the hustle and bustle of city life. “Asahi” was originally a “Minka,” a traditional Japanese folk house, which we remodeled a few years ago. “Asahi” is one out of three houses on our property and as we rent “Asahi” in its entirety, you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of your own privacy. The house is comfortable for two but can easily accommodate up to four guests.

Located an 8-minute walk from the Ryotsu Port Terminal of Sado Kisen Steamship, the house can be rented out for a maximum of 8 people. Please be assured that this is not a type of accommodation shared with other guests. There is a living and dining space, a sauna, a Jacuzzi, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook. There are four bedrooms. Each room has 2 single beds, for a total of 8 beds.

新潟県佐渡市の真ん中、国中平野新穂地区にある古民家の宿です。明治に建てられた築130年の古民家をリフォームし、宿泊施設としてオープンしました。宿から少し歩くと、田んぼがひろがる国仲平野が一望でき、朱鷺が舞う姿をみることができます。オーナーは米農家でありながら、佐渡の自然をナビゲートする佐渡自然塾を運営。佐渡の澄んだ満点の星空を、オーナーの解説を聞きながら観察する事もできます。佐渡の自然を楽しみながら、ゆったりとした時間をお過ごしください。

佐渡汽船小木港から車で約３分。徒歩１３分。 1日1組限定の1棟貸しの宿です。 伝七屋はこの家のもともとの屋号です。近所の人たちが呼び慣れ、親しみのあるこの屋号をそのまま宿の名前にしました。 国の重要伝統的建造物群保存地区内にある昭和３年に建てられた古民家です。高い吹き抜けがあり開放的です。 暮らすようにお過ごしいただくために、生活に必要な設備を整えています。

大切なペットと泊まれるDIY一棟貸しで佐渡を楽しもう

業務スーパーから徒歩３分、最寄りのバス停（新潟交通佐渡　泉）から徒歩５分程で佐渡のほぼ中心地に位置していますので利便性は良いです。 プライベートを確保できるDIY一棟貸しは専用庭でペットと一緒にBBQができます。寝室は全てベッドで２名×２部屋、１名×１部屋です。 冬は薪ストーブを楽しめます。 当館を拠点に佐渡を楽しんで下さい。
