It is really fun to walk around and people on this street. All the main attractions of the city centre, like “The Big Church”, Sun Voyager, Harpa Concert Hall, Parliament Square, Town Hall, City Pond, Rainbow Street are all walking distance from our front door. There are about 100 restaurants, coffee houses and bars within walking distance.

This beautiful house has three floors with six bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is in 5 min walking distance from the city center. It also has a free small parking space (reservation needed). It is very well located in terms of public transportation. The bus stops right across the street and the domestic airport is 3 min away driving. The BSI bus stop, which takes you to Keflavík international airport is only 5 to 10 min walking. Our daughter lives in a separate apartment in the backyard

Beautiful oceanview loft apartment

Waking up to the sound of the wave, listening to the winterly howling winds, basking in the sights of birds soaring freely in the nordic sky, with a breathtaking view of the ocean as far as you can see. Its almost like being in the countryside in one of the coolest part of Reykjavík. And a big change to see the northern lights and a beautiful sunset from the balcony.

The studio is in the basement on a separate and private part of a four floor building. The house is in front of a primary school which I love because it is so alive when the children go out to play. The school started at 08:30 and you might hear the bell ringing and children and parents coming to school. Free public parking across the street.

This apartment is very close to downtown and is a perfect location to explore Reykjavík and surrounding areas. The apartment is 52,8 sqm, there is one bedroom with a kingsize bed and in the living area is a cozy sleeping sofa that acomodates two adults. The apartment is on the top floor and has a balcony with a view over the ocean.
