Spectacular mountain views! Nestled near the base of several 14,000 ft peaks, this small house is everything you need and more. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings make the space feel huge. Central location makes for an excellent base camp for all your outdoor adventures. 50 miles~49 minutes to the Great Sand Dunes, near hot springs, alligator farm, and several trail heads. Get away from it all at our cottage - Retreat at Round Hill. You will have access to miles of hiking, biking & ATV trails. We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway. We offer discounts for weekly/longer stays.
