Cedar House - Studio Guest House

Welcome to The Cedar House, a studio guest house detached from our main house. You will have separate entrance, private bathroom. Wood floors and ceilings and the woods you see through the windows give it the feeling of a cabin. The queen bed is in the loft and you must be able to use the stairs to get to it! There is a queen sleeper sofa on the main level for more sleeping. Upon request, 4 additional single air mattresses and bedding are available. Space is available for a baby pack-n-play.

The Karate Garage is a peaceful retreat, 6 miles from the heart of Redmond. The studio is in a detached garage that overlooks beautiful sunrises, the barn, pastures & the occasional deer stopping by to say "Hi". To ensure a warm & inviting stay, we've stocked up with good coffee, flannel sheets & lots of pillows & blankets. Cozy up by the fireplace & enjoy quiet, dark nights, perfect for listening to the neighborhood owls. Our hope is that you leave feeling rested and refreshed.

We invite you to come the lovely City of Sammamish near Bellevue and Redmond. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Enter to a large living area with a wall of windows backing up to a hidden forest. This property offers two primary bedrooms. Plenty of space for entertaining both inside and out. Downstairs has fun game room. Lots of privacy. We have video doorbell called The Ring - we only monitor the outdoors with this security camera. RV parking available upon request.

We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.
