Everybody loves this place! 3 BR, 2 bath home on Lake Champlain. Breathtaking views of St Albans bay. Wi-Fi, hot tub, king & queen beds sleep up to 6. The spacious kitchen, dining, and living rooms adjoin a 1st floor BR and full bath. Patios front and rear with awning provide a relaxing stay. The spacious 2nd floor BR and balcony overlook the lake. The other BR shares a large bathroom with shower and double sink. 5 Minutes from St. Albans, 30 min to Burlington, 45 to skiing at Jay Peak.

NOTE: Minimum age of 25 years required to rent our house and to be a guest here. Children traveling with parents are exempt from this age requirement. Exceptions made on a case by case basis. Beautiful, bright, and spacious 4 bedroom home in the heart of Smuggler's Notch area with views of the mountains. Less than 4 miles to Smugglers Notch Resort and 1 mile from the Wedding Barn. Property consists of our primary residence with the rental being a separate and private "mother in law" home.

Located just 35 minutes north of Burlington and just over an hour away from Montreal, this home away from home provides a great homebase to enjoy a mixture of outdoor recreation with nearby city options.

Just 10 minutes to downtown St. Albans and 30 minutes to Burlington, it’s the perfect escape for business or pleasure.

1860 Farmhouse

Enjoy a restful getaway at The 1860 Farmhouse. We purchased the farmhouse in 2018 from a family that had done extensive renovations to the interior. Keeping true to its historic roots, the farmhouse offers modern amenities in a historic setting. A convenient location close to Jay Peak and Smuggler's Notch, and many Vermont and Quebec attractions within an easy drive. Swiss and Bloom wedding venue and Phoenix Manor are close by. The house is 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12 people.

Unwind at this updated 2100 sq ft, 4r bedroom, 2 bath Beach house. Fresh clean water on this private beach, a huge yard for games, and a lakeside fire pit. Features include a modern kitchen, a large dining area, cypress floors, a gas fireplace, and a large deck with gorgeous views to the East. Please be aware, the basement will be occupied by the property caretaker, who has no access to your vacation home, and does not share any amenities with you. All the fun stuff is yours!

Home has all conveniences including stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, smart TV and Wifi. All dishes, cookware, utensils, bedding and towels provided. Pets welcome!
