Delta Digs is a fabulous new vacation rental designed, built, and decorated in true Delta style by local artisans. The 425 square foot, ground level (no stairs) flat is newly constructed in the circa 1897 Clarksdale Telegraph Office at Second & Delta in the heart of the Historic District downtown. Featuring a Queen-size bed with PosturePedic mattress and Magic Fingers, hardwood floors, diner booth from a classic diner, elegant leather sofa & oversize chair, 4 foot X 5 foot custom shower with Speakman faucets, new bath and vanity, Central heating and air conditioning,refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, HD flat screen TV with DirecTV, & stereo. 600 count 100% Cotton Sheets, Down Pillows,and 100% Cotton bath towels. We feature original artwork by many Mississippi artists (painters,photographers,designers). Location,location,location. Located across the street from Hambone Art Gallery and the Rock & Blues Museum, and around the corner from restaurants Yazoo Pass, Gradma's Pancakes, Bluesberry, Stone Pony, and Levon's Bar & Grill. Blues clubs Ground Zero Blues Club and Red's are within a 4 minute stroll. The New Roxy and the Delta Blues Museum are within 3 blocks. There is a wine and spirits shop, plus a convenience store within the block. Art gallerys, gift shops, and CatHead Records Folk Art and Blues Store are all within one block of our front door.

Located 25 miles south of Stuttgart, just outside DeWitt city limits. 5900 sq.ft. with wraparound porch where you can sit and watch the deer graze. Will accommodate 6-10 guests with all the comforts of home. Large gathering space with satellite tv and ample seating, full gourmet kitchen, dining table for 10, wet bar area, guest half bath, pool and foosball tables, and room to spare for the event you have in mind.

River getaway

Vacation getaway nestled on the Arkansas River in the Pendleton community. Fish from the porch or bring your own boat and keep it in the private covered boat slip. The public boat launch is walking distance away. Several fishing tournaments are held every year at this location. The Wilbur D Mills Dam is less than 5 miles downstream, where you can experience world class catfishing and snagging. 20lb+ catfish are common. The Arkansas Post is only minutes away for hiking trails and bike rides.

Down Home Southern Charmer

This is the home that my sister and I grew up in with our parents and younger brother, who have passed on. We love our home, and are now opening it up to guests from anywhere in the world who want a comfortable place to stay while visiting the Mississippi Delta. Available to our guests are a centrally heated and cooled home with two bedrooms, a living/dining room, a family room with TV and Internet, two bathrooms, a kitchen, washer and dryer, and a garage. And, we just put in new floors!

The Sunflower Penthouse on the River in Clarksdale

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The Parsonage accommodates everyone! 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the center of town immersing you in a little slice of home. The house has two separate living areas, an eat-in bar, dining room and a fenced in backyard and storage building available if needed during your visit or hunting trips.

Riverside Lodge

Our cozy one-bedroom lodge is located just 1/2 miles from the White River Landing. It features a full kitchen with new dishwasher, comfortable queen-sized bed, two full-size sofas, a queen size air mattress, a 75” smart tv in the living room, 55” smart tv in the bedroom, carport, private driveway and fire pit.

Oakwood

Prime hunting and fishing in the Delta. 3 bedroom 1 bath brick home on a working row crop farm. Peaceful and quiet. It can be accessed from 3 different highways with 2 miles of good gravel road once the pavement ends. Big yard with covered parking. Access to large ice machine, water hose, and air compressor.
