Charming Garden Apartment

Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

Our 11-acre farm has alpacas, Buster the cat, horses and sheep as well as stunning views over the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean. Located less than a 5 min drive to Dunedin’s iconic Tunnel beach, where you can explore rocky coastlines and a hand carved rock tunnel. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. No children sorry!

Lounge and dining room look out onto a scenic vista with deck and steps leading down to a private secluded garden setting with harbour views. House boasts modern décor with quality features throughout. Updated kitchen, new bathroom with 1 toilet. Extra toilet is available , however it is also accessed from the bathroom.

Welcome to "Tirohanga" which is Maori for View, one of the best views in Dunedin. Tirohanga is a comfortable house nestled on top of a hill and is only 10 minutes by car from the central city of Dunedin, and 5 minutes from restaurants/coffee shops at the beach at St Clair
