Two Private, furnished rooms and private bathroom available for nightly and weekly rentals in cozy 3 BR/2BA house located in a safe neighborhood a short block north of Minnehaha Creek, and two short blocks from Lake Hiawatha. The rooms are located on the main level with plenty of sunlight, and there is quick access to a full PRIVATE bath, linen closet, dining and living rooms, as well as the kitchen. One room has a NEW QUEEN BED, and the other has a full sized bed. I stay out of your way as much as possible, but am happy to give you any information about the area. Several other amenities included, such as: ~Porch (courtesy of HGTV's 'Decorating Cents'), patio ~Easy access to light rail station (7 blocks) and bus routes (2 blocks) ~2 short blocks to Lake Hiawatha, 6 short blocks to Lake Nokomis, and 8 blocks to Minnehaha Falls ~One short block to paved trails for walking/biking/running/cross country skiing along Minnehaha Creek ~Wireless Internet ~Newer gas cooking stove ~Off street parking (per availability), and plenty of on street parking ~Piano from the roarin' 20s ~Hardwood floors, oak buffet Pre-arrangement: ~Occasional access to "the lounge" w/ bar and turntable for your vinyl records, and for musician rehearsal space There is just an extra 10.00 for an additional person. There are two smaller rooms located on the main level with quick access to a full PRIVATE bathroom, dining and living rooms, and the kitchen. Musicians! Justin Trails Resort offers cabins 8 miles south of Sparta & 6 miles south of the Elroy-Sparta Bike Trail. It's in the middle of nowhere yet close to Sparta. Relax with your family in this dog-friendly cabin. Floor-to-ceiling walnut, spalted maple, cherry, oak, and basswood are sustainably harvested from our farm. 2 bedrooms each with king-size beds—private bathroom with shower. Bathed in natural light, the cabin faces the sunrise. 14 miles of walking trails. 2 pet llamas love to be hand-fed.

Experience a rustic glamping adventure in this 120 yr old rustic cabin on the border of Jay Cooke State Park(~15min from Duluth), you’ll be surrounded by nature and wildlife, in the comfort of a Queen bed. Located a short ~1/4 mile hike from parking spot, there is a shared porta-potty (~50yrds away, but NO running water or shower). Guests provide their own water. Rental is NOT heated. Rental has A/C & limited power. Guest must climb ladder to bedroom loft. Outdoor space near cabin is shared.
