The private lake is a protected area (no gas-powered motors allowed) and is brimming with trout and other species of fish each year. A paddle board, canoe and kayak will be at your disposal. The treehouse is located just 5 minutes from downtown Newport and is 22 minutes to Jay Peak Ski Resort.
