The 17th Century Manor House

Set in the picturesque village of Villechien within easy reach of the market towns of Mortain and Saint Hilaire Du Harcouet. This charming Manoir was built in 1743 and has been sympathetically renovated, still retaining many of the original features. The charming accommodation is available for bookings up to 4 people. A breakfast basket can be ordered and dropped in for the morning at an additional cost. Please let us know before arrival if you would like details.

This is an ideal base for those seeking walking or cycling holidays in wonderful countryside or as a base for day tripping to Mont St Michel and Normandy Beaches to the North or to the vineyards of Vouvray and Chateaux's of the Loire in the South.

Discover the Mayenne countryside, the city of Fougères and its fabulous Château, Laval, Vitré, Rennes, Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Granville, ... The house is surrounded by nature, quiet without any nuisance and we live in the house next door. You will have a kitchen, dining room, living room on the ground floor as well as a toilet and a bathroom. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms (2 with 160 bed and 2 with 2 beds 90), a bathroom and a toilet.
