Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Sliding doors open up onto the patio. Each bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs. It features a king-sized bed with access onto a balcony for fabulous views. The driveway parks 2-3 cars.

This 17th century character cottage has been delightfully modernised and is full of unique features. It's situated on the Trevose Headland, just three miles outside of Padstow. This complex of old attached farm buildings have been lovingly restored and now provide wonderful coastal accommodation with easy access to Mother Ivey's Bay just beyond the garden path!, with Booby's Bay, Constantine Bay & the National trust Headland only moments away.
