No. 11 is our home from home in this ideal location, close to fabulous beaches and stunning coastal walks. Bedruthan Steps & Mawgan Porth beaches are 5 mins drive away. Watergate Bay our favorite, is 10 mins from our door. If you have energy to burn then you can walk/cycle the Camel Trail to Bodmin or Padstow. But if you just need to relax, why not enjoy our hot tub in the privacy of your own garden, followed by drinks on the terrace. Only available for 7 night bookings (or multiples Sat - Sat)

Spacious and well-equipped family home in St Eval. Situated only a few miles from the spectacular 7 Bays beaches, as well as renowned surfing beaches of Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay. The picturesque harbour town of Padstow (famous for Rick Stein’s restaurant and chip shop) is only 6 miles away and the lively, bustling town of Newquay is only 8 miles away. St Eval is a friendly village with two parks, football pitches, basketball court, local shop and chocolate factory so perfect for children!

The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and a perfect place to entertain around a centre island. The lounge has two large sofas, smartTV and log burning fireplace. Sliding doors open up onto the patio. Each bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs. It features a king-sized bed with access onto a balcony for fabulous views. The driveway parks 2-3 cars.

Buses are available to travel in to Newquay or Padstow if you wanted to enjoy the scenic journey and leave the car at home!

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.
