Brand new beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Lounge has a sofa bed, TV, WiFi, centrally heated, dining table and Fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. The full property is family friendly and has on-site parking. Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the Sankt Gilgen town center and have free lake access. Two supermarkets (Billa & Spar) are just 2 minutes walk from the property. Bus stop is located at the front of the property for connections to Salzburg city.

50m vom Seeufer entfernt befindet sich das „Sonnwirtstöckl“, ein umgebautes, altes Zuhäusl, ausgerichtet nach Süden und zum See, gelegen in einer ruhigen und sonnigen Lage in St.Gilgen mit öffentlichem Badeplatz direkt vor Ort. Das Dachgeschoß dieses Gästehauses wurde zu einer besonderen, grossen 104m² Wohnung ausgebaut: Offene alte sichtbare Holzkonstruktion, ein großzügiger Wohn-Essbereich mit Glasfront zur Veranda, getoppt noch durch einen fantastischen Blick auf den See und in die Berge.
