Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Deux-pièces «ChezlaCotch» entre lac et montagnes

Depuis 2007 je propose le studio « ChezlaCotch » entre lac et montagnes, à ce studio s’ajoute (depuis avril 2024) une chambre pouvant accueillir deux personnes. Le deux-pièces est séparé par un couloir commun que nous utilisons uniquement pour accéder à l’économat. Il n’est pas possible de louer seulement la chambre car celle-ci est sans sanitaire. Vous l’avez donc comprit la salle de bains est commune. Pour y accéder vous devez passer dans le “studio”, idéal pour de bons amis ou famille.

Sudio aménagé dans maison familiale dans charmant village fribourgeois dominant la Riviera et le Léman. Accès exclusif aux installations: piscine intérieur chauffée avec jacuzzi, écran de cinéma, ciel étoilé, bar à cocktails gratuit, écran géant, brasero/plancha, et trois terrasses. C'est d'ailleurs la seule piscine en Europe qui dispose d'un pool lounge transparent!!! Le studio entièrement rénové dispose d'une chambre à coucher avec un grand salon, une cuisine ouverte et une salle de bain.

La bâtisse, entièrement restaurée, offre un confort dans un lieu avec l'authenticité de l'ancien. Ce magnifique logement est situé dans un petit hameau très préservé, avec de petites rues piétonnes, entre forêt, montagnes, et le Lac. En été, vous pourrez aller vous baigner dans le Lac en rejoignant les petites plages de Bret, directement à pieds depuis le logement.

Le Chalet Les Esserts is a nicely decorated mountain retreat. Nestled in a beatifull pasture, this unique chalet offers complete privacy and great views of the surrounding mountains. The chalet comes with a confortable outdoor patio and pizza oven. Comfortable living room with a wood-burning stove, master bedroom includes a double bed and a bunk bed. Extra small bedroom with bunkbed. Fully equipped kitchen and dining table. The bathroom has a shower and a washing and drying machine . .

Cozy cabin with private Finnish sauna

Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. Wandern, Skifahren, in den See springen, am Kamin relaxen und dabei der kompletten Ruhe lauschen. Das Chalet verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, sechs Betten und zwei Badezimmer, einen großen Balkon mit Seeblick, eine kleinen Frühstücksterrasse, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kaminofen und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.
