Perfectly located in a quiet, mixed use residential & commercial side street on the edge of St Helier, this property is a 5 minute walk from the busy centre of town. It's close to restaurants & bars as well as the tranquility of Howard Davis Park which is literally just around the corner. Stroll just a little a little further on to the golden beach and pool at Havre de Pas. The main bus station is a 15 minute walk or 20 mins to St Clement golf, tennis, squash & padel complex.

Our spacious studio apartment is just a two minute walk to the beach and a short stroll along the sea front to the popular harbour village of St Aubin. The split-level studio is on the first floor in a separate part of our family home. The bedroom is located on the upper level with sea views towards St Aubin’s Bay. The open-plan kitchen and living area is on the lower level with views across a quiet residential lane towards fields where you’ll often see Jersey cows grazing.

It is only 250m and you are on the golden sands! Whether it's the glorious beach, many excellent restaurants nearby or the amazing walks, the cabin is a stones throw from them all. We are also located on an excellent bus route, so touring the island is easy.

It's only two minutes walk to the beach, local pub and has a bus stop at the end of the drive taking you into St Helier or Gorey. kitchen & Bathroom down stairs. TV in kitchen. Upstairs there is a King size bed with 2 comfy chairs & 50 inch TV. Enjoy your own outdoor space with table and chairs, ideal for breakfast or a sunset drink.
