Kenmere House is close to town without being in the hustle of it all. Private parking for 2 cars, 1 mile from the closest beach. Guests have free access to bar/restaurant/ man-made beach, leisure complex, including swimming pool and gym, childrens play area and fishing lake. Additionally a health spa and outdoor water activities can be booked separately with the resort. Open spaces for cycling, running and walking. Short drive to EdenProject, Camel Trail and 7 wonderful bays.

Gorgeous, large, light and airy, this house sleeps up to 13 guests. 2 parking spaces Plenty of room for two families, this property is very light and spacious with high ceilings and a large kitchen. The decor is funky, bright and fun. There are incredible views from the front rooms. Two patio areas. A short downhill walk to town. Close to Porthminster beach IMPORTANT!!
