A beautiful five bedroom converted barn in Sud-Charente in France with a separate one bedroom cottage and swimming pool. With five bathrooms, two kitchens, underfloor heating & full wheelchair access throughout the property. The property has an enormous central living room with sofas around the fireplace, leading onto a covered terrace for dining and out onto a stepped garden down to the pool. Cosy for couples and ideal for families, the property has been designed for elegance and accessibility.

Bienvenue à la villa Bufotu ! C'est un endroit parfait pour se détendre en famille. Le jardin arboré est idéal pour passer des moments paisibles. Vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse privée ainsi que du salon de jardin. Les enfants pourront s'amuser en toute sécurité dans le jardin clôturé. Pour les beaux jours et avec mon autorisation vous pourrez également accéder à la piscine entièrement clôturée.
