Petit coin de paradis à la campagne dans la plus petite commune de la Vienne (86) LAUTHIERS. Fin 2023 nous avons restauré entièrement une ancienne étable en 2 studios ( touche à touche) pouvant accueillir max 6 personnes. Le 1er comprend une baie-vitrée , 1 coin salon avec TV, 1 coin cuisine entièrement équipée, 1 coin repos avec 1 lit 2 places, 1 salle d'eau avec douche,1 meuble vasque, 1 WC. le 2 ème sert de dortoir avec 4 lits simples et 1 salle d'eau avec douche, 1 meuble vasque, 1WC.

Traditional spacious house in pretty village

Relax in this charming and spacious house with south facing sun terrace. This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Village house with garden

Located in the center of the village, the house has been recently renovated. It is spacious (around 1100 sq f on 2 levels). On the ground floor you have a big living and dining room , a separated kitchen, and a toilet. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. In the bathroom you have a large shower and a double sink, and another toilet. Our own house is right here on the same land so you may see us in the garden. We have set up a space just for you with table and chairs and some long chairs.

Op loopafstand (ca.600m) de rivier Le Gartempe waar genoeg plekjes zijn om een frisse duik te nemen. De fietser kan ook zijn hart ophalen. Voor de mountainbiker (eventueel beschikbaar), tourfietser en recreatiefietser zijn er ontelbare mogelijkheden door de bossen, langs de rivier of door het landschap. Voor de wandelaars onder ons zijn de mogelijkheden te over. Voor de paardrijders is er een manege op een paar kilometer. Voor cultuur en ontspanning in de buurt raad ik Ivo's reisgids aan.

Le Hameau du Breuil, situé au cœur de la campagne poitevine, aux portes de l abbaye de Saint-Savin (patrimoine mondiale de l UNESCO), vous promet la sérénité et l authenticité. Ce lieu unique vous permettra de vous reposer et de visiter une région riche en patrimoine et en activités (une abbaye d exception, le Futuroscope, la vallée de la Gartempe…). Le gîte dispose d un bassin naturel (10X12m) d un potager, d un verger bio, d un terrain de pétanque et d un jardin à l abris des regards.

Le Belvédère des Cotilles

Châteauponsac dit Perle de la Gartempe est un village fortifié, bâtit sur un éperon rocheux. La maison est une ancienne bergerie surélevée de 2 niveaux jouissant d'un panorama exceptionnel sur la vallée de la Gartempe avec ses jardins en terrasse, son pont dit "romain", le quartier historique du Moustier et l'Eglise Saint Thyrse. Artistes, pêcheurs, randonneurs, passionnés d'histoire et de vieilles pierres nous serions ravis de vous accueillir dans notre belle région du Limousin.

Faire du sport à Lathus ou en regardant les voitures au circuit du Vigeant. Bref faire le plein de souvenirs !!!!!

En été, le SPA se transforme en PISCINE INTÉRIEURE chauffée à 33 °C, un espace idéal pour profiter de l'eau à l'abri du soleil et des fortes chaleurs.
